Our fees are structured according to your
needs, and to give you an idea: about $0.80 per square foot.
Once full payment is made Customer will
receive our standard package of 4-sets of Construction Drawings
which include:

Designers at House Design Studio understand
that our stock plans may not be exactly what you have in mind
for your home and in order to meet our policy (Costumer
Satisfaction) we offer free quote for all modification requests.
You may contact us @ (509)868-6687 and talk to
one of our designers. In order to process your request more
accurately we request specific written list of modifications of
the plan you are interested in. Upon acceptance of the quote,
you will have to purchase the house plan package and pay 50% of
the modification fee to begin the process. Once modifications
are complete, you will receive preliminary set of drawings for
your review before we finalize the plans.
Once finial payment is made we will ship
to you our standard package of 4-sets of Construction Drawings
which include:
